Made from a super soft, super comfy navy blue velour with plenty of stretch, this dress has an exaggerated scooped neckline with an adorable tie at the front, and long sleeves with a slight flare to them! Goes on over the head. In good vintage condition, between sizes 10-18 due to stretch.
