Customs charges: The buyer is responsible for any customs costs.
PLEASE NOTE that while we very rarely encounter any issues using Royal Mail services, occasionally packages will take longer than expected.
We only have access to the same tracking information that you are provided with via email, and cannot offer any further updates. All packages have a return address on them and will be sent back to us if there is a problem delivering. At this point the buyer is responsible for paying for repeat shipping. We do not offer refunds for lost packages, buyer is responsible for putting a claim in to Royal Mail if they believe their package is lost.
Returns Policy
*Vintage*
We make sure to include full, detailed photographs, descriptions and measurements on all our vintage pieces. Due to the nature of vintage, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final.

*Handmade*
The Octopus Garden handmade pieces are made to order, therefore are not eligible for a refund.
Though we currently cannot offer refunds or alterations on our handmade collections, you can exchange unsuitable pieces for a different size within 7 days of receiving. Just email us at theoctopusgardenuk@outlook.com with your order number.
Buyer is responsible for taking care of their handmade pieces, and any faults due to wear are at the buyer's risk.
Buyer is responsible for checking their measurements against the ones provided in the listing - we are always here to help so if you need any more meaurements or further info do not hesitate to get in touch!
