UK Shipping
Postage cost: £3.95

USA shipping
Postage cost: $18-33 depending on weight
IMPORTANT - since Trump’s tariffs were introduced in August 2025, anything imported into the US incurs a customs charge. Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email from Evri asking you to pay this charge before the parcel can be released from the UK.
You will have two weeks to pay any fees, then the parcel will be returned to us and you will be asked to pay the shipping again. Please please keep an eye on your emails and pay promptly. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over and we hope this changes soon.
EU Shipping

International Shipping
Postage cost: £10 - £32
Worldwide shipping is based on weight.

Customs charges: The buyer is responsible for any customs costs.
PLEASE NOTE that while we very rarely encounter any issues using Evri services, occasionally packages will take longer than expected. Please be patient and keep an eye on your tracking!
We only have access to the same tracking information that you are provided with via email, and cannot offer any further updates. All packages have a return address on them and will be sent back to us if there is a problem delivering. At this point the buyer is responsible for paying for repeat shipping. We do not offer refunds for lost packages, buyer is responsible for putting a claim in to Evri if they believe their package is lost.
Returns Policy
*Vintage*
We make sure to include full, detailed photographs, descriptions and measurements on all our vintage pieces. Due to the nature of vintage, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final.
If you would like any further details of any of our vintage items, feel free to email us on theoctopusgardenuk@outlook.com.
*Handmade*
The Octopus Garden handmade pieces are made to order, therefore are not eligible for a refund.
Though we currently cannot offer refunds or alterations on our handmade collections, you can exchange unsuitable pieces for a different size within 7 days of receiving. Just email us at theoctopusgardenuk@outlook.com with your order number.
Buyer is responsible for taking care of their handmade pieces, and any faults due to wear are at the buyer's risk.
Buyer is responsible for checking their measurements against the ones provided in the listing - we are always here to help so if you need any extra measurements or further info do not hesitate to get in touch!
